Richard Davies to become Chairman of the Investor Relations Society

The Board of the Investor Relations Society (the Society) unanimously elected Richard Davies of Richard Davies Investor Relations Limited ("RD:IR") as Chairman in succession to Peregrine Riviere who will be retiring from the Board at the Annual General Meeting of the Society in June. The Board also elected John Dawson of Cadbury plc to become Deputy Chairman.
