FSA to publish new Listing Rules, FinanceTalking to hold half day Regulations Update course

The FSA will be publishing a Policy Statement including feedback on its two consultation papers (CP09/24 and CP09/28) and final Listing Rules in the last week of February.

FinanceTalking will be holding a half day regulations update on Tuesday, 16 March. The objective of the course is to remind participants of the current obligations for listed companies under the Listing Rules and the Transparency & Disclosure Rules, to review the impact of the Companies Act 2006, changes to the UK Corporate Governance Code (Combined Code) and to discuss the new Listing Rules. As ever, we’ll be putting all of this in context for corporate communicators.
